All available animals are born in the JBR breeding unless

it's indicated otherwise for some or the ancient breeders.

They feed regularly and alone, are strong, healthy and

fed on a diet of choice and varied. Each animals is sold

with an identification document as well as an official

cession certificate which recall if necessary the legal

status of the specie.

 

The buyer expressly and personally engage itself for

having read these conditions and to respect them.

He claims to be adult or accompagned by a legal responsible

and is committed to ascertaining the specific conditions to

maintain the species concerned as well as the legal aspect of it.

No animal will be sold without previous contact with

the future purchaser and JBReptiles keep the right

to refuse the cession of an animal if the acquirer

does not seem to have the necessary knowledge

and installations for the welfare of the animal.

 

It is possible to reserve an animal through a deposit of 50% of

the animal price. A reservation is effective from the receipt of

the deposit and is valid for a period of 30 days. Any deposit act

is a firm and definitive contract which engage the buyer to

pay the total amount of it’s reservation as well as the picking

of the animal by it’s own means in the same period of 30 days.

Additional period can be negociated only before reservation!

The disrespect of one of the present conditions will immediately

cause the animals to go back for sale and the loss of any amount

already paid. If there's any problem inside JBReptiles with a reserved

animal, the acquirer will see its animal replaced by one or

more animals for the same final value. In case of withdrawal or any

other case, not any refund will be made.

 

Any shipment or delivery is under the full responsability and

paid by the buyer. JBReptiles can not be held responsible

for any problem if it occurs after an animal had left the facility.

However, JBReptiles guarantee live delivery and cover for

carriers errors by a replacement of the animals by others

of the same final value.
